Soft skills are what accompany the hard skills, and help your organization use its technical expertise to full advantage. These skills refer to the abilities required to interact amicably with others in an office setup. They are personal attributes that affect your interaction and relationships with others. It is designed for those who access, use, and rely upon accounting information but do not possess sufficient accounting know-hows. This course also will cover the various aspects of developing consumer services that meet the needs of today business world.

This program is intended to develop confidence in conducting discourse in the target language for a variety of purposes. This intensive course will equip them with the skills required in language such as listening, speaking, and writing.

This course is intended to give fundamental concepts of Digital Marketing. It will also provide importance and hands-on experience to learn essential needed in expanding the company or business for online development and affiliate marketing. This course also teaches step-by-step how to market a business online from scratch across all the major marketing channels.

This course is intended to build confidence in English language writing for specific purposes. This course also provides the skills and techniques necessary for managing emails professionally with clarity and proper structures. This intensive course will equip them with the skills required in the language through Krashen’s I+1 approach that will ensure that their skills are constantly improved and challenged.

The course is presented through mini units of various situations encountered by the participants where he or she will likely have the need for high impact presentation skills. Since the emphasis of the course is oral communication, conversation and presentation practice will take precedence and other content will be tailored to be ontributive towards this goal. The practice of oral interaction will be carried out in a cooperative learning style, using teaching/learning strategies such as small group work, role plays and simulations of real-life situations

This course defines organizational behavior and identifies the variables and characteristics that influence an individual’s behavior in the workplace. Students will learn about groups and teams, decision-making processes, and conflict management within an organization. Course activities also cover leadership styles, organizational structure, and culture and its impact on employees.
